How long has ESPERTO been in business?

Timothy W. Hooker officially ended a 20-year run with industry leaders such as ITT, IBM, Aspect, and XTEND all leaders in their respective markets on July 1st, 2007 to start his own technology planning & management company. San Francisco based PCC and its 400 strong client base was sold to ESPERTO in June 2007 and was folded into ESPERTO.

"At the end of the day I needed to run my own show," says Hooker, who will manage the acquisition. With the acquisition complete, Hooker will turn his attention to his new company. While there's no specific venture fund behind the start-up, he's got a group of independent investors supporting him that will provide management expertise on an as-needed basis. "I have investors in place when needed," says Hooker.

 

Plans call for acquisition and organic-based growth, with expansion into partner solutions with the major telecom suppliers and ASP’s.
